Quinn- Ex-Mt, has Office of Commissioner Stamps on document- Quinn signature (d. 1976, GM for the Braves and Phillies 1945-72) is 8/10 blue ballpoint. This is an interesting assignment contract, as this was the only time Simmons was in the minor leagues during his MLB career, which stretched from 1947-1967.
