Hartland Plastics, Inc. Ty Cobb Baseball- Prototype? 8” Figure- Vg, chip on bill of cap, figure is much dirtier than the 1990 issue and the back hand faces up instead of flat on the other two figures, and is also attached on a frosted plastic base.The former owner stated that he purchased it from Frank Fulop years ago, but I have no other documentation other than his word.
