Hartland Plastics, Inc. Safe at Second Baseball- Prototype? 4 1/2” Figures- Ex-Mt, numbered 2/500 on a stand that has a “Safe at Second” old school label tag on a ½” high front green base with 2 players and an umpire with no baselines like the issued piece. - the tag underneath the base reads 4/27/86 with his distinctive initial “F” that appears the same as a Frank Fulop signature on a pennant authenticated by JSA. The former owner stated that he purchased it from Frank Fulop years ago, but I have no other documentation other than the initial and his word.
