Hartland Plastics, Inc. Dizzy Dean Baseball- Prototype? 8” Figure- NrEx, is attached on a frosted plastic base, figure appears sloppily and unevenly painted with some light holes on face and top edge of the cap bill. The former owner stated that he purchased it from Frank Fulop years ago, but I have no other documentation other than his word.
