Hartland Plastics, Inc. Bob Feller Baseball- Prototype? 8” Figure- Ex, small chip on ear, spot on mound, glove is held higher than the 1990 issue and the hat “C” and unfinished ear is different than the 2010 issue, along with a heavier and rougher paint overall. The former owner stated that he purchased it from Frank Fulop years ago, but I have no documentation other than his word. Still one of the toughest Hartlands to find in any condition.
