1898 Sweet Caporal “State Pins” Near Set- 43 Diff. All But One With Paper Backings! Vg-Ex overall including District of Columbia- Missing only 7 pins (Alabama, Iowa, Mass., NY, Oklahoma, Virginia, & Washington)- The Ohio pin is missing the paper insert to the back as well as the pin while the following states have the paper insert but are lacking the “pin” insert (CT, IL, NC, ND, VT, & WY)- Lot also has an extra Kansas pin.
